ABSTRACT
The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) represents the rights of all migrants and intends to support members’ activities to organise all migrant workers and empower them in trade unions so that they can participate in collective bargaining. This contribution aims to analyse what forms of collaboration exist between all stake-holders in civil society for joint medium-and long-term strategies. Furthermore, it examines the Employer Sanctions Directive and the possible role of the European Labour Authority in ensuring efficient implementation of the Pact on Migration and Asylum to ensure the development of effective complaints.
