ABSTRACT

This chapter outlines the process of generating long lists of ‘characters’ involved in sustainability scenarios and developing students’ understanding of stakeholders with differing status. This chapter describes an application within a business school context, whereby students used their bodies to depict ‘still images’ of the issues to explore in their scene, with each character being invited to ‘think aloud’ about what they are experiencing. Its aim is to provide higher education teachers with processes to develop creative and exploratory thinking in relation to stakeholders involved in sustainability issues.
