ABSTRACT
With the ensuring and revived chaos right from the Middle East to the Europe to the South Asia, it has become a necessity to explore the idea and practical issues pertaining to the fragile state. Their elements and characteristics through analysis would reveal the nuances underneath the concept. Most importantly, it would reveal the contemporary forms of governance challenges intertwined with it. Exploring them is a necessity because the world, in the digital era, has come more close than ever. The vulnerability of one state can affect the peace and stability of another state situated at the other end of the globe. Moreover, it also raises serious threats to the credibility of international organisation like the United Nations to deal with such fragile situations. Hence, it is crucial to analyse every facet carefully to come to the cogent and effective solutions to tackle such chaos in an effective manner. The paper has strived to do the same in an in-depth manner. The methodology adopted for the same is doctrinal and analytical.
