ABSTRACT
Rosanne Haggerty is a visionary leader in the field of housing and homelessness, known for her transformative approach to solving one of society’s most persistent crises. As the founder and president of Community Solutions,1 Haggerty has reshaped the conversation around homelessness, shifting from traditional shelter models to community-based, sustainable solutions that prioritize dignity, stability, and long-term success. Her work is rooted in the belief that housing is not merely about physical structures but about creating places that foster belonging and opportunity (figure 1).
