ABSTRACT
This chapter explores a panel discussion formed in 2020 from a panel of representatives in architecture and urban design. The transcript outlines the discussion around their collective interests in an architectural solution to the challenges in providing health services in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. This transcript is included in this book to extend the discourse on inclusionary practices in healthcare design and the role of informality as a critical component in designing equitable healthcare environments.
