ABSTRACT
The issue of war and peace is explored through the lens of an individual who lacks political influence and harbours no aspirations for it. The aim is to pinpoint factors that, at this level, either fuel attitudes conducive to war or bolster order and peace. This chapter highlights elements contributing to the conscious identity of the individual, particularly those concerning their relationship with truth. In the social sphere, crises in this context manifest as distortions in the understanding of individual rights and freedoms, leading to usurpations as well as contemporary forms of discrimination against various groups. An individual perspective allows us to transcend the realm of challenges to implement social, political, or purely legal demands and can facilitate the identification of specific educational interventions.
