ABSTRACT

This chapter offers a comprehensive look at the ideas and discussions presented throughout the book. It offers guidance on questions such as how do the practices, policies and strategies adopted by European universities facilitate the inclusion of students in HE? What are the advantages and limitations of different types of support and guidance offered to students who are currently underrepresented in HE? How can digital practices improve access to HE? This chapter explains the ways the authors have tried to explain challenges facing underrepresented groups in accessing and succeeding in HE and to tackle it by developing student ambassador programmes.
