ABSTRACT
The structure of this summary is based on two main parts. Within the first part, conclusions are presented based on the results of the conducted research, including the analysis of the so-called good practices. As for the second part, recommendations are formulated regarding the implementation of activities of municipal self-government administrations, in both strategic and operational terms, which enable an effective and efficient recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. These are recommendations of an applied nature, addressed to practitioners, primarily representatives of municipal self-government administrations and non-governmental organizations from V4, and in a broader sense from Central Europe or the entire EU.
