ABSTRACT

The principle of effective legal protection is one of the general principles of European legal order. The principle of effective judicial protection is a constituent part of the system of constitutional principles and takes part in developing the aspects of the constitutional principle of rule of law. The requirements of proper legal procedure that are applied to the procedures of public administration are implemented in a more concrete way within the principle of good administration rather than the principle of effective judicial protection. The principle of effective legal protection in administrative justice from the procedural point of view is related to other procedures – constitutional, civil, and criminal procedure. Procedural rights of legal protection during the procedure at the entities of public administration and during the court procedure are mainly supplemented by both the provisions of the Law on Public Administration legal norms laid down in the specialised legal regulation or by the provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure.
