ABSTRACT

In the future, electric cars are likely to become an alternative mode of transport for energy transport, as they have demonstrated an excellent capability to diminish the usage of oil as well as other similar types of fuel for transportation which emit a lot of CO2 (carbon dioxide). In this work, appropriate equations for verification and the necessary components of the electrical system have been identified. This study examines the battery modelling, temperature faults, components required to measure the states and other parameters of battery on the “MATLAB Simulink platform” and designs the equivalent BMMS (battery management and monitoring system).
