ABSTRACT
The present paper explores the prevalence of emotional disturbances due to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this pandemic, school activities were carried out at home, such as online learning, in which children were disconnected from friends and teachers, and they had to adjust to a new lifestyle with the transition from offline to online learning. In this study, 100 parents participated and were selected using purposive sampling as the eligibility criteria determined. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. It is revealed that online learning has contributed to emotional disturbance in young children. Meanwhile, this current study implicates children's emotional development in the school curriculum setting or during online learning.
