ABSTRACT

This study aims to design learning animations for children. This Tjap Go Meh animation tells about the acculturation of Indonesian and Chinese cultures. This is necessary because today's young generation does not understand cultural acculturation properly and appropriately. This animation is also expected to be used as a learning media that can be used in informal education in Indonesia and Malaysia. By using qualitative methods with data collection methods in the form of observations and interviews, the animation design in the form of a story board is obtained for the prologue of this Tjap Go Meh animation. Characters and backgrounds have been generated from previous research.
