ABSTRACT
This paper is aimed to analyze dance as the medium to develop interpersonal communication for persons with Down syndrome, especially in using digital platforms or online classes. The main theory used in this research is interpersonal Communication by De Vito. The data collection used in this study was using interviews with structured questionnaires as the guide for interview flow. The questionnaire was adapted from Functional Idiographic Assessment Template-Questionnaire (FIAT-Q), and analyzed using a qualitative approach. The result has shown that dance could develop interpersonal communication skills of persons with Down syndrome.
