ABSTRACT

The processes that humans use to make decisions are complex. Many people are already very involved in making decisions that are important for the global effort to reach net zero. Many factors influence the decisions that people make. Economics is often an important consideration, and it affects many decisions. Individuals vote in elections, and the results of elections may be important for reaching net zero. Each country needs to do its part to transition to net zero. This involves working effectively with the people to make decisions that enable progress toward net zero. Education is needed to make good decisions.
