ABSTRACT
When planning any construction structure, geotechnical information significantly affects the stability, construction methods, and costs. Incorrect geotechnical information can lead to significant human and material damage, becoming a major social issue. Most of the previous geotechnical information is stored in a hard copy format, making it difficult to inquire and check for use, and the more complex the ground conditions are, the faster the reliability of the analysis results decreases. Therefore, this study developed a geotechnical information analysis system to digitalize complex and specialized geotechnical information applied in domestic and international construction projects for use in the design and construction of structures. The developed system, based on a digital map, analyzes the entered specialized information, provides graphical results, and offers stratum information and 3D stratum information for uninvestigated sections, making practical use of geotechnical information visibility and risk prediction possible.
