ABSTRACT

Immersive training using Virtual Reality for antenatal ultrasound is much easier than manual training given by a skilled person. Traditional scanning cost is too high when compared to Virtual Reality. Virtual Reality in Medical practices is an emerging new technology that is a boon for the growth of the medical system to the next era. Traditional training methods involve didactic lectures, hands-on experience with physical models, and observation of live scans. While these approaches are valuable, they often fall short in providing students with realistic, standardized, and diverse learning experiences. The emergence of VR offers a novel solution to address these challenges. which also helps students develop their skill sets and knowledge.
