Dualisms, Bread and Roses, and Finding Joy

This chapter will seek to explore aspects of the current political, economic, and bureaucratic context of primary care and the nature of the moral injury incurred by primary care clinicians. I will use the notion of bread and roses to argue for the importance of finding joy in primary care and to suggest ways in which this could be done.
