ABSTRACT
In the era of Big Data, based on the five development concepts of “Digital Empowerment, Intelligent Innovation, Green Safety, Flexible Coordination and Efficient Outstanding ” in Intelligent Navigation, a modern “Intelligent Navigation Brain” is established to complete the entire process of “Navigation Situation Awareness, Navigation Cognitive Computing, Digital Decision Control and Network Security Regulations” within Intelligent Navigation. “Navigation Situation Awareness” obtains its own and environmental navigation information. “Navigation Cognitive Computing” extracts and processes relevant navigation elements to “recognize” comprehensively the risks encountered during Intelligent Navigation. “Digital Decision Control” uses the information fed back by “Navigation Situational Awareness” to reaffect the cognition of “Navigation Cognitive Computing” on the situation and itself, and Real-Time feedback the current state to the space for “Navigation Situation Awareness” and “Navigation Cognitive Computing” to further modify the ship navigation situation. Most of all, “Network Security Regulations” is the top priority for Intelligent Navigation in terms of “Green Safety, Efficient and Outstanding”. A new “Digital Intelligent + Navigation” era is opening, in which, with Real-Time “Navigation Situation Awareness”, Agile “Navigation Cognitive Computing”, Intelligent “Digital Decision Control” and Reliable “Network Security Regulations”, “Intelligent Navigation Brain” empowered by Digital Technology is ultimately achieving Accurate and Intelligent Navigation Safety.
