ABSTRACT

The development of technology, constant changes in the external environment, and emerging crisis situations strongly influence the nature of work in today's organizations. This requires constant monitoring of the work environment to identify new emerging threats in the workplace. Eliminating emerging risks in this area and ensuring the safety of employees contributes to their well-being and thus to the achievement of the organization's goals. This is particularly important in the context of employee needs and employer decisions, which are dictated, among other things, by a sense of concern for the well-being of employees. The creation of a strong safety culture requires the implementation of an occupational safety and health (OSH) management system and a high level of involvement of employees and managers. This requires continuous training of employees, open communication and consultation between managers and employees on health and safety issues, and employee involvement in practices that ensure occupational safety.
