ABSTRACT
The morning of February 24, 2022 saw Russia launch a military offensive against Ukraine, turning a low intensity conflict into an all-out war. This also meant that Russia’s aggression, pursued since 2014, could no longer be “hidden” by the Kremlin, and all states, organizations and other political actors had to face the fact of a blatant violation of international law and order.
