ABSTRACT
Whether you are an experienced teacher or new to the profession, starting a new job is often an exhilarating, challenging and daunting experience all rolled into one. Occasionally it can be a disaster. Occasionally it can be virtually problem-free. But, most often, people seem to fluctuate between highs and wobbles, uncertainties and pleasures, tiredness and exhaustion.
