ABSTRACT

The change agent and executive, between the two of them, have established many a conventionally managed organization in Europe and America, that is in the ‘north’ and ‘west’. While the one designs and implements adaptive systems and procedures, the other devises and maintains an overall business strategy and organization structure. However, it is only a certain proportion of you who are suited to developing along this path of rational management. Too often you are led to believe that, should you not be an entrepreneur, then functional or general management are the only paths open to you.
