ABSTRACT

This chapter presents the research methodology broken down into qualitative, quantitative, and network research. The research subject is presented, which is an audit of intangible resources and accompanying network metrics used to analyze the effectiveness of the organization’s functioning from the perspective of the relationship and network. Research problems, aims, and assumptions are defined. Qualitative research is based on a case study and interviews. Quantitative research, on the other hand, is based on a survey. Basic correlation and regression methods called MRQAP and QAP are used. Network research presents the way of conducting research, selection of the population, creation of matrices, and ethical aspects related to network research. The company is also presented, and the stages of intangible resource audit are discussed adequately in the presented case study.
