ABSTRACT

The fourth chapter presents the results of the intangible resource audit at the level of the entire network, that is, the studied organization, dyads, or the relation between two actors, including matrix correlation and regression, and at the level of network nodes (actors). Based on the interview, business processes were identified, which became the basis for determining knowledge/skills, resources, and tasks. Several networks were developed, like information network, knowledge network, resource network, and task network. They are all used in the adopted network measures. Concerning dynamic network analysis, a network simulation scenario after removing the most prominent node (human actor) and analysis of changes in network metrics before and after removing the node from the network are also presented.
