ABSTRACT
We undertook two in-depth organisational case studies of radical redesign of sexual health (SH) services in the English National Health Service. The essential theme in each case was to shift care out of high-cost hospital settings into community settings staffed by nurses and healthcare assistants. The two cases were located in different geographical locations in England.
