ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the general principles of the treatment of sexual variations and associated personality disorders by psycho-dynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. It shows how to use sensory emotional thing presentation sexual experiences for insight into the deeper psychodynamic meanings of sexual experience. This will reveal deeper layers of personality and its pathology. This chapter discusses the therapy of patients with fetishes and fetish enactments.
