ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the common phenomena of threesomes. It describes the psychology of the threesome; the meaning, the use, the sexuality and the attachment dynamics. There are some perhaps common psychodynamics. It describes the many variations of simultaneous, dissociated, sequential and fantasied threesomes. The different types and usage of threesomes are described. Their dynamics are elaborated. The meaning within personality dynamics and neurotic personality are illustrated. There are multiple clinical examples.
