ABSTRACT
I sense what most of you, though silent, are saying in your minds and, with my ear placed near your chest, I understand your heart’s voice. For your silence proclaims: “what benefit does a man from a different profession seek from this subject?” and “why does a man decorated with the insignia of humility expect those shouts of applause that are the crowd’s custom in the resounding auditorium, kindled by popular favor from surging pockets of partisan supporters?”
