ABSTRACT
The destiny of Africa is predetermined by its colonial past. Africa will never see peace because, according to celebrated British economist, John Maynard Keynes, there will be economic consequences for Euro-North America if Africa is to be peaceful. In the medical fraternity, a pre-existing condition predates the one under investigation or treatment, and predisposes a patient to more harm compared to other patients with no pre-existent conditions. Even economically developed countries in Africa such as South Africa are not immune to the threats posed by 4IR. Life, especially in Africa will be drastically altered forever as cloning, hybridisation, and the creation of “designer babies” in the laboratories will imply that the person will have many forms. During the 1980s, the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) produced a report in which they explored how machine-human interactions could be enhanced, infused, and managed.
