ABSTRACT

In Parts I–IV we analysed impacts of CSR and its internal and external drivers, with a special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this chapter, we first give an overview of the theory and the main empirical results discussed in the preceding parts. Next, we present an integrated view of the models discussed in Parts I–IV of the book. We use this integrative framework to analyse how company size affects CSR through the internal factors reviewed in Part II and the external factors analysed in Parts III and IV of the book.
