ABSTRACT
The transfer of psychological and therapeutic interactions to the online space is more and more developed. Modern technological achievements are used in remote contact with people who require psychological diagnosis, psychological support and help, and psychotherapy. This opens up new possibilities in the field of prevention and treatment, but also a number of questions and dilemmas. This chapter focuses on reflecting on these issues. It presents own cases from the authors' clinical practice. The process of online psychological help for an adolescent girl, the process of online psychotherapy for an adult and an online therapy group are described. The last of the descriptions is also accompanied by an analysis of the data obtained in the process of evaluating this process. The aim of the authors is not to decide on the effectiveness of the online form in the process of diagnosis and psychotherapy. The presented cases serve to reflect and indicate dilemmas, the resolution of which will shape the framework of modern forms of diagnosis and psychotherapy in the coming years.
