ABSTRACT
This Book concludes that the global regime for international trade regulation is a dynamic system which works well when a proper balance of interests between the parties to that regime is found. However, such a balance is constantly changing as new issues and powers emerge. As such, a never-ending cycle of evolution is the natural consequence of the dynamic world order within a slowly evolving system of international trade law and regulation. Emerging powers’ changing needs and expectations must be able to be accommodated, through reform, not rejection.
