ABSTRACT
Much can be learned from both failure and success in regulation of private tutoring around the world. Some of these lessons have already been indicated, and are here elaborated and supplemented. A starting point is what governments might want to do. This is followed by comments on challenges in implementation once goals have been set. The third section presents four takeaway messages, and the final summary links back to the overall theme of the book.
