ABSTRACT
The Introduction describes the research concept, an alternative approach to the dominant publishing tendency to look for the negative effects of flexible human resources management. The main topic is the adaptive behaviour of employees, which is inspired by the concept of N.N. Taleb antifragility.
The next part of the Introduction presents the terminology, research, cognitive and practical goals, as well as the assumed theses discussed. The presented structure of the work is supported by a monograph contribution to science.
The final part contains a few words addressed directly to the book reader, relating to the rules of the contemporary labour market. The Introduction ends with a subchapter in which the most important findings are briefly described for quick reading by the information-overloaded reader.
