ABSTRACT
The Global Women’s Funding Movement is the manifestation of how women lead differently with money. Through this worldwide, woman-designed, self-generating, philanthropic apparatus, women can leverage massive social justice victories together. The Global Women’s Funding Movement, by innovating democratized philanthropy practices and creating collective philanthropic campaigns, produce women philanthropists and exponentially multiply funding for gender equality and justice. This chapter explores the stories of women’s fund donors and the Global Women’s Funding Movement’s creation of powerful philanthropic multiplying portals including Women Moving Millions, the Alliance for Feminist Movements, and the 88 Days Campaign.
