ABSTRACT
The conclusion brings together all final thoughts on the main factors contributing to strengthening the resilience of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, addressing both technological and personnel aspects. When technologies fail, people often have to compensate for the gaps. The concluding section discusses the correlation between peace and war and the necessity of preparing for potential wars during peace times.
