ABSTRACT
This chapter is to define and make operational the concept of “linkage power”. I firstly review the concepts of power and linkage respectively, and then define linkage power. In the theoretical construction of the “linkage power” concept, I distinguish three concepts: power resources, linkage strategy and power effects (or impact).
