ABSTRACT
This chapter identifies barriers related to improving the quality of life in Polish cities and formulates recommendations for city authorities to improve the quality of life of residents. The content of the chapter summarizes the literature review conducted and the statistical and survey research performed. It also serves as an introduction to the final chapter of the monograph, including the development of a pro-quality management model for a sustainable smart city.
