ABSTRACT
This chapter contains a conceptualization of the research undertaken, which constitutes the authors’ theoretical contribution to the development of the issue of quality of life management in smart cities. In the first section – based on the results of the research – the actual and desirable relations between the elements of the triad determining the directions of Smart City development (sustainable development – Smart City – quality of life) are described. Then, a model of pro-quality management of a smart sustainable city is designed and described.
