ABSTRACT
This chapter provides encouragement to teachers considering implementing the approach proposed in the book. A set of quotes from students and teachers in Arizona public schools is provided, which highlight the benefits of this type of teaching for learning, teaching, and social engagement. Next, a list of common fears teachers may have is provided, and specific strategies are outlined for mitigating or addressing these fears. Last, encouragement is provided around getting started by implementing incremental classroom changes or portions of the ideas outlined in the book.
