Commentary on Re-charting the Victorian Charter of Human Rights

This chapter is a commentary on Chapter 5: Re-charting the Victorian Charter of Human Rights: Advancing Equality in Human Rights Legislation. This commentary argues that the reform fulfils the aims of the Charter for transformative equality, by recognising the need to combat structural gender inequality and intersectional discrimination.
