ABSTRACT
This chapter is a commentary on Chapter 8: Compensation in the Context of Surrogacy: A Feminist Perspective on the Insistence on Altruism. This commentary supports the amendments because they remove an exploitative attitude to surrogates, particularly in circumstances where all other professionals involved are compensated.
