Using research well involves you embracing its development over time as a journey and actively sustaining it within your context. These issues are important because there is always a risk within the busyness of schools and school systems that the practice and value of using research well can get lost. This chapter will help you to: (i) embrace your journey with using research well; (ii) remember the importance of your learning; and (iii) value the development of your expertise.
