ABSTRACT
Kuwait’s government consists of three key branches: the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch. The Legislative Branch is represented by the National Assembly (Majlis Al-Umma), which comprises 50 members elected by the people. It is responsible for enacting laws, overseeing the government, approving budgets, and questioning ministers. The Judicial Branch includes courts of first instance, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court, and the Constitutional Court (Constitute Project, n.d.).
