ABSTRACT
This Chapter explores alternative explanations and future research directions based on the concepts presented in the book. It acknowledges that although the book’s propositions offer insights, but the scope of understanding human cognitive overload and its implications for human sustainability at work has alternative explanations. As in other academic manuscripts, those are discussed and future research directions to address them are suggested. Finally, the conclusion reiterates the complexity of the problem, emphasizing the need for comprehensive, multi-layered understanding before practical solutions can be effectively implemented.
