ABSTRACT
Interorganizational collaboration is a process in which two or more organizations decide to work together to achieve specific goals. This form of collaboration enables organizations to achieve goals that they could not accomplish on their own by mutually sharing knowledge, resources, and skills. Interorganizational collaboration allows for more effective and efficient operations, leading to better results in a shorter period of time. However, it requires careful planning, management, and communication between organizations to achieve its intended goals. One of the key aspects of cooperation is trust between organizations to function effectively and efficiently. A particular form of cooperation is coopetition. This is a form of cooperation in which two or more organizations work together in such a way that they simultaneously compete in the market. Coopetition enables organizations to reap the benefits of cooperation, such as increasing the scale of production, distribution, or innovation, while at the same time remaining competitive in order to gain an advantage in the market.
