ABSTRACT
There are many theories and concepts regarding interorganizational collaboration that aim to explain the processes leading to its creation. These theories and concepts serve as important tools in studying interorganizational collaboration and also help in understanding the decision-making processes and actions related to such collaboration. This chapter provides an overview and characterization of the most commonly used theories and concepts pertaining to collaboration.
