ABSTRACT
Collaboration with suppliers plays a crucial role in strengthening the efficiency and competitiveness of companies. The concepts of working together with suppliers aim to establish lasting and beneficial relationships that contribute to the improvement of quality, cost reduction, and increased innovation within the supply chain. This chapter includes a discussion of the concept of cooperation with suppliers, such as supply chain management and supplier relationship management.
