ABSTRACT

Chapter 6 contains indications regarding the possible use of the obtained research findings in both further scientific studies and managerial practice. The empirical identification of the relationships between stress coping strategies and conflict resolution techniques provides new knowledge about the mechanisms of managers’ functioning. It opens up new avenues for further research into stress management and conflict resolution. The research findings are crucial in understanding the behaviours and decisions of managers in emotionally charged situations. Further exploration in this area may lead to formulation of new theories and the development of practical tools that will support effective management of stress and conflicts at work. The practical conclusions for managers are presented as professional development recommendations with a descriptive justification of the importance they play in increasing managers’ efficiency and reinforcing their managerial personality. The relationships that have been identified between stress coping strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and demographic variables are also of significance for business practice.
