ABSTRACT
In Chapter 5, I present an itinerary of instructions for a mind capable of ecological thinking. However, I emphasise that this set of suggestions serves as an example only, as it is up to each individual to identify their own, one that is tailored and suited to their own subjectivity.
Then I underscore how an ecological mind is a mind that engages with the world, taking responsibility for the complexity of events, not avoiding society, while also highlighting how an ecological mind can and must confront the impermanence of self and others.
